At Trucking Injury Law Group, we don’t believe that anyone should suffer due to a commercial trucking wreck that could have and should have been prevented. We don’t believe that the word “accident” applies to the devastation resulting from these collisions. Trucking companies can and should do more to stop these crashes from occurring.

It’s a simple fact that most truck wrecks happen due to someone’s negligence or recklessness, whether the fault can be found stemming from a trucking agency that prioritizes profit over safety or a speeding trucker. We’re committed to determining the facts of these cases and helping bring about change. We’re here to make a difference in our communities and do whatever we can to keep the people we care about safe.

Our origin story is simple. Our Super Team comes from three of the most prestigious law firms on the west coast: Coluccio Law, Law Office of Matthew L. Sharp, and Friedman | Rubin. We decided to pool our talents and expertise and focus on trucking cases. Our group of lawyers includes an NBTA board-certified trucking attorney.
